XCRAPER provides users with access to data extraction tools and infrastructure. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).

You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Service any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

Specifically, you agree not to use the Service to:

• Extract data from websites that explicitly prohibit such activity in their robot.txt or Terms of Service.
• Overload target servers with excessive requests.
• Harvest personal identifiable information (PII) without consent.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
